wine & food tasting


With “Excellent Nose” we offer an introductory course to “wine & food pairing”, where you will taste the wines of our estate paired with various foods.

You will explore the world of flavors and learn to recognize different varieties of wines in order to create unique gastronomic experiences.


At the end of the course, you will receive the Certificate of Participation!


You will taste:

RHOSEAS – Rosé wine produced from 50% Sangiovese and 50% Syrah grapes.

CHIANTI dei Colli Fiorentini – Red wine produced with Sangiovese grapes 80% Canaiolo 15% Colorino 5%

SAN CAMILLO  – Red wine produced from 100% Sangiovese grapes.

COLORINO IGT  – Red wine produced with 100% Colorino grapes.


VIN SANTO  Passito wine produced with Trebbiano, Malvasia and San Colombano grapes

Duration: approximately 4 hours
