To celebrate the grape that is the symbol of Chianti and the whole of Tuscany, we select the best grapes of our Sangiovese. After the controlled fermentation in steel and careful malolactic fermentation, it follows an aging of 6-9 months in second passage barriques and a further refinement of six months in the bottle, a must before being launched on the market.
It is produced in about 15,000 bottles.
