You will explore the world of “homemade pasta”.


Learn to prepare fresh pasta from scratch, from classic tagliatelle to stuffed ravioli!


You will discover the secrets to obtaining a perfect consistency and irresistible seasonings. You will learn to combine tradition and creativity in your cooking.


At the end of the course, you will eat everything you have cooked accompanied by wine from our estate.
